Pug Rescue Network would like to welcome Luigi Angelo, PRN# 252 I’m four years old.
I was surrendered by my old owners because I kept having accidents in the house.
I was just sad when they left me all day though, that’s all.
My new foster mom says that a little structure and crate training now is “for my own good”.
But she gives me peanut butter kongs and big bones when I go in my crate, so it’s really not that bad.
I don’t even have time to miss her when she’s gone!
And don’t tell her I said so, but she’s probably right about it being for my own good, because now she scratches my belly and tells me all the time what a good boy I am for only going potty outside Before I came to PRN I had many different owners and when I was with the very first one,
somehow, I really don’t remember how, I got a TACK stuck in my eye! Yes, you are reading that right, a Tack. Now it’s all healed and doesn’t hurt anymore, but I have a hard time blinking it and closing it all the way when I sleep. The vet said no problems though, I just need some eye drops in there once a day. I don’t really like them, but again my foster mom says it’s “for my own good”, so I tolerate it. The vet said that aside from a little ear infection (yuck, more drops!),
I’m pretty healthy and up to date on all my vaccines. So now I’m looking for a forever home- one that will give me my own crate to stay in when they’re gone and keep my schedule. I get a little anxious when I’m left to my own devices, so I need someone to be the boss and keep me in my routine! I’m just looking for someone to hang out and watch TV with, really (I love to watch TV- I growl and act tough for all the dogs I see!) and maybe someone to take me for some walks, I’m a big boy (What? I’m not fat, I’m big boned!) so I need to watch my figure.
